These documents are drafted to reflect the understanding of "legal status" and the distinction between "people" and "persons" reflected by the teaching on this site. All of the documents provided here (except for the Legal Notice and Demand ) have been prepared so that they can be utilized by either a "people" or a "person".

NOTICE 2

There are 2 versions of Legal Notice and Demand - one for use by "persons" and one for "people". Be certain to use the correct version for your personal legal status. If you do not know what your legal status is, plan to attend an ACSC seminar at your earlier convenience to gain an understanding of where you stand.

The author of the revisions presents these revised documents for your study and use. They are the author's opinion based on years of research and understanding of the law and are not meant to disparage or undermine the opinions of others.

If you have stumbled upon this page and have no idea what these documents are, you are encouraged to attend a Tim Turner seminar for their application. It is our studied opinion that the two most important things you can do personally to take back your rights, privileges, capacities, and immunities are as follows:

	Learn what your legal status is and how to apply it to your personal life and in your encounters with others, including all levels of government, and
	Take control of your Strawman.

As always when one prepares and signs legal documents, the meaning of each word and the content of the documents must be understood, as well as the purpose. Additionally, when you use a legal document, know that you make a declaration that you personally know that the contents are the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth as it applies to you personally. Unlike the government and the banking corporations, who refuse to tell the truth in commerce, it is your Duty to Always Tell the Truth.

Also, never sign a document that contains anything, but the whole truth and never represent that you are something that you do not know for certain that you are. To do so will bring you more trouble than you may want to face.

To tell less than the truth in your documents puts you out of honor in commerce - It's called dishonor - and brings you down to the level of the deceivers in government and the banking corporations. You must be responsible in all that you do, because in the end you are solely and personally responsible.

Several of the documents linked below, will ask you to fill in a "Liber#", which is the number that the Clerk and Recorder of your county will assign to your recorded Freedom Documents. If you post your documents to http://www.getnotice.info, rather than record them with the Clerk and Recorder, simply enter the following information wherever a "Liber #" is requested:

These labels match the CC on the PreOffset Letter. Print two pages of clear labels and affix each label to a Green Card and a Certified Mail Receipt Form 3800. They fit Avery 8660 for INK JET. Check the ink for smearing. You may need to cover each label with clear packing tape or scotch tape to protect the ink. Look for the perfect label for your printer as Form layout 5160 fits Product Codes 8160, 8250, 8460, 8560, and 8660. If you live in a state other than Colorado, change the data on the 4 labels for the state offices as required for your state.
